Do I need to be an experienced cyclist to join a bike tour?
Not at all! Our tours are designed for all skill levels, from beginners to experienced riders. We provide a quick safety briefing and make sure everyone feels comfortable before starting the ride. Most of our routes are beginner-friendly and follow dedicated bike paths or low-traffic areas.
What should I wear for the tour?
For a safe and comfortable ride, we recommend:✔ Comfortable athletic clothing (breathable and weather-appropriate)✔ Closed-toe shoes (sneakers or biking shoes are best)✔ Sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat (for sun protection)✔ A small backpack or fanny pack (for personal items and water)Helmets are provided and required for all riders.
Are there age or height restrictions?
Yes, for safety reasons:Riders must be at least 12 years old to join our standard tours.We offer child-friendly tours with smaller bikes and trailers for younger riders.Riders should be at least 4'10" (147 cm) to comfortably ride our standard bikes.Please contact us if you have any concerns or need special accommodations.
Can I bring my phone or camera on the ride?
Yes! We encourage you to capture your adventure, but for safety, we recommend using a secure pocket, phone holder, or small bag. Our guides also stop at scenic locations where you can safely take photos.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Los Angeles has great weather most of the year, but in cases of heavy rain or unsafe conditions, we may reschedule your tour or offer a full refund. We’ll notify you as soon as possible if any changes are needed.
